Subscriptions and recurring payments

This page covers everything you need to know about the Ardentis Subscriber Program: how it works, what you get, when you're charged and how to cancel. The same terms appear in Section 1 of our Terms of Service.

1. How the Subscriber Program works

On tryardentis.com, every product is sold by subscription only. One-time purchases are not available. Every order therefore enrolls you in the Subscriber Program with recurring delivery:

• Your first order is charged and shipped right away.
• Every 28 days from the date of your first purchase, a new order is created automatically, with the same quantity and at the same price as your first.
• Each renewal is charged automatically to the payment method you used for your first purchase, with no need to reorder.
• Each renewal order is prepared and shipped to your address as a new order.
• Your subscription continues until you decide to cancel it.

The subscription price and renewal frequency are shown on the product page and at checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Subscriber benefits

• Over 30% off the regular price, locked in on every renewal for as long as you stay subscribed.
• Free shipping on every delivery, every 28 days.
• A free PDF guide for your product, sent with your first order. For example, with Nattokinase you get the guide “The Japanese Method”.
• Free gifts and extras that we may add to your orders, at our discretion and while supplies last.
• Your product always on hand: no need to remember to reorder, and you never run out.

The free guide and gifts are provided in exchange for joining the Subscriber Program and are not returned or refunded if you cancel.

3. Why every 28 days

Ceylon Cinnamon and Nattokinase are dietary supplements designed for consistent, daily use. One pack covers about a month, and delivery every 28 days lets you keep going without interruption.

That's why we recommend sticking with it consistently for at least 60 to 90 days: that's when most of our customers start to really appreciate their daily routine. Stopping after a few weeks means quitting right at the start.

Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and they are not medications. Individual results may vary. Check with your doctor before use, especially if you take any medication, in particular anticoagulants or antiplatelets.

4. Charges and payments

• Your renewal is charged automatically every 28 days to the payment method from your first purchase. You can pay with any Visa or Mastercard: credit, debit or prepaid.
• Ardentis does not store full card numbers: payments are handled securely by authorized third-party payment processors.
• If a charge doesn't go through, we may retry it over the following days or contact you to update your payment method.
• For every renewal, you'll receive order and shipping notifications.

5. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime, with no fees or penalties:

1. Email us at support@tryardentis.com with your name, the email you used for your order and your order number.
2. Send your request before your next renewal date.
3. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

What happens after you cancel:

• All future renewals are stopped and you won't be charged again.
• A renewal order that has already been charged, prepared or shipped when we receive your request is not canceled or refunded: it's delivered as usual and it's yours to keep.
• A request received after a renewal has been charged takes effect from the following renewal.

Unsubscribing from our promotional emails does not cancel your subscription: to cancel, contact customer service as described above.

6. Frequently asked questions

I got a new charge. Why?
Every purchase on tryardentis.com is a subscription: your order renews automatically every 28 days. The new charge is your renewal order, which is already being prepared and is on its way to you.

Is my order a subscription?
Yes. On tryardentis.com every purchase is a subscription, as stated on the product page, at checkout and in our Terms of Service. If you have any doubts, email us and we'll check right away.

Can I cancel after my first order?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal. We do recommend giving it at least 60 to 90 days, so you stay consistent.

Will I be refunded for a renewal if I cancel after it's been charged?
A renewal order that has already been charged or shipped is not refunded and is yours to keep: your cancellation applies from the following renewals. This is also stated in our Terms of Service.

Can I change the product or quantity?
Email us before your next renewal date and we'll help you out.

I have a problem with a charge. What should I do?
Contact us before you contact your bank: we resolve every issue directly and quickly through customer service.
