Your order enrolls you in the VIP Club when you accept the membership terms at checkout. The first $39.95 membership fee is charged with your order.

Open the VIP store and log in with the email address from your order. Member prices show up right away.

VIP Club membership terms
What the VIP Club is. The Ardentis VIP Club is a paid membership program run by ARDENTIS COMMERCE LLC. Members get the same Ardentis products at 50% off the regular price in the members-only VIP store, plus the member benefits listed below.
How you join. You join the VIP Club when you place an order on tryardentis.com and accept the VIP Club terms at checkout. The membership and its price are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Price and billing. The membership costs $39.95. The first membership fee is charged with your order. After that, $39.95 is charged automatically every 30 days to the same payment method until you cancel. The membership fee is separate from the price of your products and from your 28-day product refills.

How to use your benefits. Log in at tryardentis.com/collections/vip-club with the email address you used for your order. Member prices are applied automatically at checkout while you are logged in.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel online at tryardentis.com/pages/cancel-membership, by email at support@tryardentis.com or by phone at +1 (727) 240-9238. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. We confirm every cancellation by email. After you cancel, you are not charged again and you keep your benefits until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling the VIP Club does not cancel your product refills, and cancelling your refills does not cancel the VIP Club. You can cancel both in the same request.
Refunds. If you were charged a membership fee you did not want, contact us within 7 days of that charge. If you have not used member pricing since that charge, we refund it in full.
Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before any change to the membership price. You can cancel before the new price applies.
Billing statement. Membership charges appear on your card statement under the Ardentis name.

How much does the VIP Club cost?
$39.95. The first fee is charged with your order. Then $39.95 is charged automatically every 30 days until you cancel.
Is the membership the same as my product refills?
No. Your product refills ship every 28 days and are billed at the product price. The VIP Club is a separate $39.95 membership billed every 30 days. You can cancel one, the other, or both.
How do I cancel?
Use the cancellation form, email support@tryardentis.com or call +1 (727) 240-9238. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Will I be charged after I cancel?
No. After you cancel there are no more membership charges. You keep your benefits until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I get the 50% member price?
Log in to the VIP store with the email address from your order. Member prices are applied automatically at checkout while you are logged in.
I was charged and did not mean to join. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@tryardentis.com. If you have not used member pricing since that charge, we refund it in full and cancel your membership.
